Last January we were strolling the dry and open parking lot in Iowa City in bright, warm sunshine and light jackets. This year’s traditional January EIM Meet-n-Eat at the Wig and Pen Pub, held on the 26th, was only for the bravest of intrepid winter travelers. Mother Nature always seems to find a way to even things out! Thanks to all of the EIM faithful who ventured out and joined us for the great food and camaraderie.
