We enjoyed a fantastic turnout of MINIs and friends at the EIM Meet-n-Eat at Jimmy Jack’s Rib Shack held in Iowa City and vicinity this past Saturday. The great BBQ, fun local roads, and interesting stops were only exceeded by the companionship of the great group of MINI enthusiasts who shared their Saturday afternoon with us. The twisty road into the Sugar Bottoms access was a notable highlight, and the cool treats at Culver’s were a sweet capstone to a really fun day.

Such a welcome surprise to have Tim and Jan M. join us again after an extended absence. It was a treat getting to see Jim S.‘ new MCS for the first time. We also had the pleasure of welcoming EIMers Tony P. and Hans and Deb T. and their beautiful new MINIs into our midst. Nice to have you join us!

Everyone extends their sincere thanks to Fred and Maria H. for planning out the route, sharing route maps, and for their generous gift of the frozen yogurt tokens. Much appreciated by all!
