After a couple of long, snowy winter months it was sure great to see all the folks who came out for our inaugural 2011 event — the EIM Meet-n-Eat at the Wig and Pen Pub in Iowa City this past weekend.

Thanks to Mike and Di E. for bringing out their new Pure Red MCS Countryman All4 and allowing us to drool all over it. It was great to have our good friend Miah S. (and Britney too!) in the crowd representing MINI of Des Moines (MoDM), filling us in on all the latest MINI news, and bringing along the Royal Grey MCS Countryman from the MoDM lot for us to inspect! Special thanks also to MoDM for the nifty MINI Bootgating six-pack insulated cooler give-aways! (We have some extras on hand for those who couldn’t make it out this time.)
