8th Annual MINICooperIowa Fall Tour — Saturday, October 9th

The much anticipated 8th Annual Iowa Fall Tour will take place on Saturday, October 9th. Hosted by our good friends over on the MINICooperIowa Yahoo! Discussion Group, this event is always well attended by EIM and by MINI enthusiasts hailing from all across the State of Iowa.

The rendezvous happens at 11:00 am for lunch in Fairfield, IA at the Pizza Ranch (located at 1103 West Burlington Ave). From there the caravan will follow a scenic route though the countryside, enjoying the fall colors and stopping at several locations for photo opportunities and other fun. The annual adventure will conclude with dinner at Honey Creek Resort at Rathbun Lake.

The detailed itinerary is available after the jump (more…) below.

Our buddy Daryl (NAM Handle “deanman”) is making personalized MINI buttons for attendees who’d like to have one. Don’t hesitate to pop over to NAM and send him a PM with a picture of your MINI to get your button.

As always, sign ups are appreciated and can be made using the EIM Event Calendar Entry link. You can also join the preparatory NAM discussion over at our companion NAM Discussion Thread.

One of the last opportunities of 2010 to get out and do some quality MINI motoring while taking in the spectacular palate of Iowa autumn color, and October 9th should be close to the peak of color. Hope you can make it!
