The barbecue was almost as good as the MINI company last Saturday at the EIM Meet-n-Eat at Jimmy Jack’s Rib Shack in Iowa City. We followed our excellent lunch with a spirited drive on some of the best roads in and around Coralville Lake, along with a stop for photos below the spillway. We capped off our day with cold treats for all at Heyn’s Ice Cream in North Liberty. Thanks to all who were able to join us!
